Most of our clients take up our low-cost maintenance contract. It’s optional, but keeps your site up-dated and gives you on-going technical support.
What does the maintenance contract cover?
- On-going technical support by e-mail
- Software upgrades required by the changing legal or technical environment (e.g. new security threats, new legislation, increases in digital file size of photos, new video formats)
- Feature upgrades (selected new features for the software are rolled out to all clients with a maintenance contract)
Many of our clients build the budget for several years of advance hosting and maintenance into their initial funding bid.
