Our Great Yarmouth

Community heritage site for a local museum

The Our Great Yarmouth website was commissioned by Great Yarmouth Museums.  We trained a group of volunteers to build the site. The training covered editing audio clips and preparing images for the web, as well as use of the content management system which runs the site. It is easy for website visitors to add their own photos, memories and information to the site, and the volunteers will be approving and editing the new contributions. The project was launched in March 2007.
