Publishing a new page

Only users who are 'editors' can approve pages for publication onto the site. Below is a step-by-step sequence of screenshots showing how they do it.

1. The editor logs in.

2. The editor selects the Add/edit pages option.

3. The editor sees a list of pages that have been submitted for publication. S/he selects a page and clicks on the (Edit) link next to it.

4. The editor sub-edits the page if necessary.

5. The editors finalises the layout of the page.

6. The editor publishes the page, selecting which section of the site in which it should appear. The page appears instantly.
